Requirements: Android 1.6+
Overview: Nintendo64 emulator for Android. Mupen64Plus AE even supports older ARM6 phones!
It is designed to run on devices back to ARM5 and ARM6, with an optimized version for ARM7a. The current video plug-ins require GLES v2.0. It will not run on earlier versions of GLES (it will either crash or sit at a black screen after choosing a game). I am planning to develop a video plug-in for GLES v1.1, but it will likely be some time before it is ready.
If you've run any of the previous debug versions during the Alpha testing phase, you will need to completely remove them before installing this version (or you will receive a signature error, and it won't install).
In the promotional video, Epic_bubble is using the Xperia Play version of the app, which is listed separately on the market. If you own an Xperia Play, I recommend using that version; everyone else: this is the version for you.
This is a BETA release, and although it will run on ARM5 or ARM6 processors, it will run very slow. Even on modern ARM7a devices, many games will run slow. Over-clocking is highly recommended if your device supports it. There are many game compatibility issues to be worked out. When reporting problems, please include your device model, Android version, and a detailed description.
